MENTAL HEALTH

Dear 12 January 2021,      Everyone was struggle to survive in this pandemic, I know its been really hard. Its also related to the environment and also the most important is mental health. I know that's not everyone have a good relationship with family, sometimes its hard to describe the feeling of pain because nobody would understand. Mental health is the most important things need to be taken care of in daily life.  Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.  Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected.
